guaranteed to be new and free of manufacturing defects and if your product arrives with a
defect or damaged you may return it within 15 days of the date of arrival and we will
replace that item only.
Damage to products caused by improper use, care or handling are NON returnable.
Returns - 20% restocking fee applies. You have 30 days from the date of purchase
to return your item. Items must be new, never used and in original inner packaging and
suitable for resale. Broken inner packs are considered non returnable.

How to return or replace an item
To return an item you must contact us to
request a "Return Authorization" and have approval for your return. You are
responsible for shipping cost of the returned items.
